Heartbroken

I've had a relatively nice and slower morning.  But, when I saw this in my email, my heart broke...for my country, my family, my friends, US soldiers, and for all of you out there who love America, freedom, and God.

Did he really "forget something," or is he really revealing what's in his heart?

A "humorous" email came through the other day.  It said something like "I'm praying for my president - Psalm 109:8:  Let his days be few, and let another take his office."  In this Psalm, David is praying to God about his adversaries, but let's remember that Samuel, by God's direction, annointed David to be King of Israel.  David was chosen of God.  Obama was allowed by God.

This does not delight me.  However, it does ring a clarion bell in my soul that Jesus-followers must get serious about praying for our nation.  We're being taken by aliens.

  1. Girl, now you've pushed my button. And I planned to have such a calm, relaxing day! I think Obama is more than equally fair to the Muslims; he actually leans in their direction. I don't believe he has any respect or great love for our country, but rather a deep-seated desire to overtake it and remake it in his image. He'll likely get more support from non-patriotic Muslims than he will from Americans, once they figure out what he's doing. I cannot believe so many people were deceived by this man. But you know what they say; If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything.
And for this ignorance our country appears on the verge of 'falling'. God help us!

  2. We're all in the Lord's hands. It's a good place to be, but even in Israel's time, God let his people be enslaved to others for their sins. America better fall to her knees and beg the Father for forgiveness and pray that He will restore us. That photo makes me livid that our President can't even honor our fallen solders. They fought for him, too. Can't he even be thankful to them?

  3. Oh my! We sure better know whom our God is in these perilous times!

He is so deceived! Scary for our country!

  4. I've been a student of Bible prophecy since the 1970s but I am still shocked by what I see happening in our country today.

We certainly live in "interesting" times. I wonder what will happen next?
